Your satisfaction is our absolute goal! While we do not offer returns or refunds on our custom scented candles, Imaginist Scents wants you to be 100% in love with your purchase! If you’re unsure about your scent combination, be sure to order a scent sample packet first, before buying the full sized product!
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can email us at email@example.com with your questions or concerns, and we will be happy to assist you!
If your candle arrives to you damaged, please contact customer support within 14 days of purchase at Info@imaginistscents.com with the following information, and we will ship you a replacement candle.
